▪ Using this product can shorten the construction period, reduce the cost, and can ensure the quality. It is an ideal chemical building material.
Usage and precautions
▪ Dosage: 6% of the weight of the cementing material.
▪ During the construction, the water-cement ratio should be strictly controlled at 0.3-0.5, because an excessive water-cement ratio will affect the setting time and strength.
▪ Feed the mixing concrete into the jet and add the flash setting admixture at the nozzle.
▪ There are adaptability problems of flash setting admixture to cement. Before using or changing cement varieties, adaptability tests are needed to determine the optimal dosage.
▪ The shotcrete should be strengthened in the early stage to ensure that the hydration reaction proceeds smoothly, so as to reduce the decrease in strength in the later stage.
▪ If the cement has a long storage period or is damp, the dosage of flash setting admixture should be increased.
Packaging, transportation, and storage
▪ This product is packed in 250±2kg plastic drum, or agreement packaging.
▪ It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, protected from rain and freezing.
▪ It is valid for 3 months and can be used after retest when it is expired.
