Applications:
HF 304 Defoamer is mainly used for foam control of high-efficiency concrete (polycarboxylic acid) PCE water reducer, which can effectively control the gas content of water reducer when applied.
HF 304 Defoamer can be added during the production process of the PCE water reducer or when the water reducer is mixed.
Advantages:
· With a small amount of addition, it can very effectively and selectively eliminate large and medium air bubbles in concrete or mortar without affecting the flowability of concrete or mortar.
· High stability, good compatibility with the PCE water reducer system.
· Easy to dilute and good operability.
· Combined with mineral oil defoamer can improve the stability of mineral oil defoamer and it is not easy to delaminate.
Usage and Dosage:
· The recommended dosage is 0.02% -0.1% of the total weight of the water reducer. It is recommended to conduct a pre-test before formal use. The recommended amount for the initial test is 0.02%.
In the polycarboxylic acid system
For common customers, such as mixing stations and compounding plants, which usually use 10% solid water reducer products, our products are generally added in the amount of 0.01% -0.03% of the total weight of the water reducer, which can eliminate large and medium bubbles in the concrete and retain small and favorable bubbles without affecting the stability of small bubbles.
For customers who have requirements on the appearance of concrete, the recommended addition amount of our products is 0.05% -0.1% of the total mass of the water reducer, which can take into account the concrete workability and appearance.
In the naphthalene system
The general addition amount of the product is 0.01% -0.02% of the total mass of the water reducer, which can quickly and effectively eliminate large bubbles, has no significant influence on the workability of the concrete, and is conducive to strengthen the concrete.
Storage:
HF 304 Defoamer can be sealed and stored at room temperature for at least 6 months.
